David & Goliath Builders has been building custom homes and living spaces for over 18 years. Our remodeling division, DG Remodeling, was developed to further meet the needs of our customers. We found that not everyone wants to build a new home. Many people like their current lot, their mature trees, or their neighborhood. Some may want their home to have a more efficient layout, reflect their tastes, or their family has expanded and they need more space. That doesn't always mean they need to move.

DG Remodeling is a full service, residential, remodeling company that can help you increase the value of your home. DG Remodeling is the only residential remodeler that employs its own rough carpentry, finish carpentry, masonry and landscape craftsmen on staff full time. In addition to the craftsmen on staff, we also have an architectural design department, which utilizes a state of the art, three-dimensional CAD (Computer Aided Design) program. Being a custom builder and a design/build remodeler means we work with you to design your living space to your lifestyle, family, needs, lot location, sun exposure, views, floor plan flow and budget.

DG Remodeling will work with you to create complete plans. Our services include a master plan, whole house remodels, conceptual designs, designing to budget, perspective drawings, assistance with material selections, and designing the interior details and materials.
